We offer Children's Church for K-5th grade that meets during the second half of the worship service. Parents and children sit together during the singing and offering. After the offering, the children are dismissed and will meet with Children's Church team leaders in the hallway behind the sanctuary. As age groups, they will meet in the rooms in the gym hallway and/or in the gym for Bible-learning activities.
AWANA Club meetings are brimming with life-enriching experiences for young people. Leaders guide children (age 2-6th grade) through age-appropriate handbooks. Clubbers learn that God is real, that He loves them, and that He expreses His love through Jesus Christ. They also learn how to apply Biblical Truths to their daily lives.
Through the AWANA program, our church reaches out to the community. The meetings are open to all children regardless of religious affiliation.
AWANA (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed) meets every Wednesday (Sept.-April) at CVC from 6:30-8:15pm.
Cubbies (3-4 year olds)
Sparks (K-2nd grade)
Truth and Training (3rd-6th grade)

I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. (Romans 12:1-2)
Our Motto: BELONGING BELIEVING BECOMING
- Belonging to a gathering place for today's youth.
- Believing and receiving the word of God to make a difference in our world.
- Becoming transformed into Christ-likeness by the Spirit of God and being shaped by what we believe.
